Best Restaurant in a Training Institution 2008
The Billy Blue Brasserie is
the show-case for William Blue College of Hospitality Mangagement.
Located in North Sydney, it is open to the public for both lunch and
dinner, Monday to Friday (excluding Tuesday dinner), and has recently
been awarded 'Best Restaurant in a Training Institution 2008' by the
Restaurant and Catering Association in New South Wales.
With a seating capacity of around 50 covers, Billy Blue Brasserie
reflects the very highest industry standards in both food, beverage and
service. Hospitality students service the Brasserie, both in the dining
room and the kitchen and are supervised by current industry experts
which is the William Blue point of difference.
Billy Blue
Brasserie offers a spectacular modern Australian three course meal for
just $29 and we are fully licensed. Open during school term, our last
day for the year is December the 5th, 2008.
