Entry is only open to persons aged 16 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences at 08:00 AEST on Saturday 16 January 2016 and ends at 23:59 AEST Sunday 17 January 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter the competition, individuals must upload a Photograph or short Video to Instagram of their Open Day experience hosted on 16 January 2016 by one of the following education providers:

Entries will only be eligible if they are posted within the Promotional Period and accompanied by ‘#yourwayin’ and one of the following that best represents the location at which the Photograph or Video was taken:
The entry will only be eligible if it is uploaded to Instagram.
a) access and login to Instagram account; b) post their Photograph or Video accompanied by the hashtag ‘#yourwayin’ and either ‘#OpenDayAdelaide’, ‘#OpenDayBrisbane’, ‘#OpenDayUltimo’, ‘#OpenDayRocks’, ‘#OpenDayPyrmont’, ‘#OpenDayMelbDesign’ or ‘#OpenDayFitzroy’. Individuals must ensure that their Instagram account is set to public (not private).
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the expressed creative merit of the Photograph as well as the and creative merit of their post.
The five best entries as determined by the judges, will each win one of five Red Balloon Gift Vouchers up to the value of AUD$100.00 purchased from https://www.redballoon.com.au/gift-vouchers.
The judging for the Competition will take place at Think: Colleges Pty Ltd of Level 24, 680 George Street Sydney NSW 2000 at 10:00 AEST on Monday 18 January 2016.
A winner will notified by 16:00 AEST on Wednesday 20 January 2016.
The winners will be contacted via Instagram. To claim their prize, the winners will be required to send an email containing their full name, a contact number and preferred delivery email address to email@example.com by 16:00 AEST on Wednesday 27 January 2016 or the selected winner/s will forfeit their right to the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

If for any reason a selected winner does not provide their full name, contact number and delivery address and email address to the Promoter, by 16:00 AEST on Wednesday 27 January 2016, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Total prize pool value is $500. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants agree that they are responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (“Content”). The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that.
