This year’s The Wellness Show will be held in conjunction with the ‘Happiness & Its Causes’ conference at which the Dalai Lama will be presenting, and to celebrate we’re offering one lucky Think Education student or alumni the chance to win a two-day pass to the conference valued at a whopping $1314!
The Wellness Show is a free expo showcasing the innovation, opportunities and technology that are transforming health and wellbeing. The 10th annual ‘Happiness & Its Causes’ conference will see a world-class panel of speakers discuss how we can all achieve greater happiness and wellbeing in society. Originally conceived in Australia, the event has been held throughout the world, and regularly features world-renowned psychologists, philosophers, scientists and educators.

You will need to be a student or alumni of a Think Education college to enter the competition. We’ll ask you to provide either your student number or the email address with which you enrolled to confirm this.
A winner will be contacted by 11:00 AEST on Friday 29 May 2015 and must claim their prize by 10:00 AEST Monday 1 June 2015.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoter is Think: Colleges Pty Ltd, ABN 93 050 049 299 of Level 24, 680 George Street Sydney NSW 2000.
Entry is only open to current students and Alumni of Think Education. Promotion commences at 00:01am AEST on 22 May 2015 and ends at 23:59 AEST on Thursday 28 May 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter the competition, individuals must post a message during the Promotional Period comprised of under 25 words explaining what their definition of happiness is. The entry will only be eligible if it is uploaded to one of the following social media platforms:
a) access and login to their Instagram account; b) post their Photograph or Video accompanied by their definition of happiness in under 25 words posted as a comment and including the hashtag “#DefinitionOfHappiness” in the comment. Only posts that contain the hashtag #DefinitionOfHappiness will be eligible. Individuals must ensure that their Instagram account is set to public (not private).

(a) access and login to their Twitter account; (b) post a tweet that is under 25 words and explains their definition of happiness and includes the competition hashtag “#DefinitionOfHappiness”. Only Photographs, Videos or Messages that contain the hashtag “#DefinitionOfHappiness” will be eligible.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The judging for the Competition will take place at Think Education, Level 24, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 9:00 AEST Friday 29 May 2015.
The winners will be sent a message by 10:00 AEST Friday 29 May 2015 via the social media channel that they submitted their entry on. They will be asked to send their full name, a contact number and either the email address that they used to enrol at Think Education or their current student number to email@example.com to confirm that they are a student or alumni of a Think Education college.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the expressed definition of happiness as well as the literary and creative merit of their post.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason a selected winner does not provide their full name and email address when requested by the Promoter, within 1 week of being contacted by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Total prize pool value is $1314.50. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants agree that they are responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (“Content”). The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that. (a) they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem to be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; (c) they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in their Content; (d) they will obtain prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content to the uses contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and the Content does not infringe the rights (including copyright or other intellectual property rights) of any third party; (e) they consent to any use of the Content by the Promoter which may otherwise infringe the Content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights; and (f) they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems. Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
