Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (which can be viewed at http://www.think.edu.au/privacy-policy).

The promoter is Think: Colleges Pty Ltd of Level 24, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000; ABN 93 050 049 299

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Entrants must be 18 or over, residing in Victoria and a student currently enrolled in a Think Education college.

The ‘Promotional Period’: Competition opens: 12:00 AEDT on Wednesday 25 March 2015. Competition closes: 16:00 AEDT Wednesday 25 March 2015.

There are a total of 7 prizes for 7 winners. Each prize consists of an invite for two people to Nova’s Red Room taking place on Friday 27 March at Trak, Melbourne and includes a welcome drink plus two drinks vouchers per person to spend at the event per person. Winners must arrange their own travel and accommodation.

The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The prize is not redeemable at any other of the Nova’s Red Room performances than the one specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Winners will be chosen based on the fastest to retweet the competition post. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

To enter the competition, individuals must follow @Southern_School on Twitter and retweet the post made by @southern_school that is tagged #Takemetoredroom. The post will be made between 12pm and 1pm on Wednesday 25 March.

The judging for the competition will take place at Think Education, Level 24, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 16:00 AEDT 25 March 2015.

Winners will be notified by 17:00 AEDT 25 March 2015 via Twitter. Winners will be required to email their student number and full name to socialmedia@think.edu.au so that the Promoter can confirm that they are a currently-enrolled Think student and arrange their prize.

A list of winners will also be published on this blog within 30 days of winners claiming their prize.

If the Promoter does not receive confirmation from the selected winners within 48 hours of them being notified, then the promoter will award the prize to another valid entrant.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

By submitting an entry entrants grant to Think: Colleges Pty Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide licence to use, copy sublicense, reproduce, distribute, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, edit, translate, transmit, create derivative works of, publish and/or broadcast or display any material or other information submitted by an entrant as part of this competition.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entry where it reasonably suspects that such entries are prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. Entries that are considered unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive, contain objectionable content or are otherwise considered inappropriate will be deemed invalid and rejected. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to notify relevant authorities including law enforcement bodies and provide them with the objectionable entry and the participant's personal information.

The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and personal details concerning the participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The information you are asked to provide to The Promoter is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter will not disclose this information to other parties other than in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.  

Where a prize involves the winner attending an event, if any part of the event is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for any reason, then at the Promoter’s discretion, the relevant winner (and their companion/s, if applicable) forfeits all rights to attend the relevant event and no cash or alternative tickets will be substituted for that element of the prize.
