This will detail the utensils that you will be required to purchase for your course and recommend a number of suppliers where they may be available. Students should also allow an additional $200 to purchase art equipment, and provide their own laptop computer with CS5 (essential) before commencing studies. A list of requirements and preferred suppliers will be provided on confirmation of enrolment.

- William Blue College of Hospitality Management – Provides equipment needed in hospitality courses, such as course notes/materials, uniforms, utensils, and excursions as part of the program. In the case of the Bachelor Degree, students will be responsible to purchase their own books from a list supplied by the lecturer.
