Think:Education Group reviews and updates the policies and procedures that apply to all students as part of our Continuous Improvement Strategy. This has involves input from all colleges, campuses, many divisions, and valuable feedback from students. The policies and procedures below apply to all continuing and new students as of the 1st January 2009. Note that any grievances or other requests submitted in 2008 will continue to be processed under the 2008 policies. Contact Think: Student Services for a copy of any of the 2008 policies and procedures.
