Want to know more?

These are government loan schemes that can help you pay for all, or part of, your tuition fees. Repayments start through the tax system once you are in the work-force and your income rises above the minimum repayment threshold.

  • To be entitled to FEE-HELP or VET FEE HELP/VET Student Loans, you must be an Australian citizen or the holder of a Permanent Humanitarian visa and be resident in Australia for the duration of your studies.
  • If you are eligible for assistance, you can complete a VET FEE HELP/VET Student Loans or FEE-HELP form as part of your online registration with a Think College. You must complete and submit your application before the start date of the study period for which you wish to receive fee support.
  • Eligible Australian students might also be able to receive a study allowance from the government to assist with living costs.

Note: Effective 1st January 2018 VET Student Loans replaced VET FEE HELP for eligible courses for new students studying.
