Naturopath and yoga teacher
Holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Torrens University, Sonya is a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). She started her Blue Mountains-based practice upon graduation, and also lends her expertise to Pukka Herbs as their Australian/New Zealand herbalist.
Founder Stable Massage
Since Zoe completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) with Torrens University, she has built an empire of clinics across Melbourne offering a range of treatments. At Stable Massage, Zoe and her team specialise in naturopathy, physiotherapy, chiro, psychology, myotherapy and remedial massage.
Nutritionist and author
Sarah is a holistic health practitioner who works closely with clients to restore health and inner peace. An avid writer, Sarah has created her own books and had her work featured in online outlets such as Healthline. A graduate of the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, Sarah has undergone additional training in life coaching and energy healing.
