Work-Integrated Learning
Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is an essential part of our course offerings – with industry placement forming an important part of our clinical programs. WIL provides the critical bridge for your studies, connecting theory in the classroom with hands-on work in your future field. This practical industry experience lets you develop skills that will enhance your prospects of gaining meaningful employment and building your career for the future by allowing you to see first-hand how your studies translate into practice. In the dynamic and uncertain world we live in, WIL is vital as it develops work-ready skills, builds connections, enhances confidence and boosts your employability while you study.

Our curriculum is co-designed by industry
To ensure our courses are relevant and the skills our students take to their workplace are highly valued, we engage industry in the design of our courses from the very first stages of development when decisions are made to launch courses. Industry experts then help our academic teams create the courses. Before a course is constructed, Think Education convenes a course advisory committee (CAC), which comprises of industry professionals and external academics. Each CAC scrutinises the course proposals to ensure it contains and fosters up-to-date industry skills and knowledge. This is critical because the registered training organisation (RTO) has the ethical mandate to provide quality and valuable education so that our students can put their skills to immediate use in their chosen industry and pursue careers they love.
Importantly, it ensures our graduates achieve our employability and industry-connected objectives.
