What is an Undergraduate Certificate of Mental Health?

The Undergraduate Certificate of Mental Health is a short, practical course that builds a strong foundation in mental health, wellbeing and contemporary psychological science. It’s ideal for people working in allied health, community services or first responder roles who want to upskill and for anyone curious about exploring psychology.
Across four core subjects, you’ll examine human behaviour and development, and learn evidence-based approaches to common mental health challenges. You’ll also develop knowledge you can apply straight away in your workplace or community. When you’re ready for the next step, the subjects you complete count as credit towards the Bachelor of Psychological Science – giving you a head start on your degree.
